Overview

As the Creative Director of Wake&Shake, I led the brand’s visual and marketing direction - from concept to execution. My work involved developing the brand identity, creating digital and social campaigns, designing event visuals, and producing video content. I collaborated with DJs, photographers/videographers and partners to ensure a cohesive experience across all touchpoints - online and on-site - establishing Wake&Shake as one of Barcelona’s most recognizable morning event brands.

Brand Identity

Wake & Shake’s visual identity reflects the brand’s playful, energetic, and uplifting spirit - merging the worlds of music, coffee, and morning culture. The brand system combines bold typography, a warm color palette, and a charismatic bird mascot that embodies movement and joy.

The challenge was to create a visual language that feels both urban and lighthearted - capturing the essence of early-morning energy while staying refined and adaptable across digital, print, and event materials. The result is a distinctive identity that’s instantly recognizable.

Social Media Strategy

The social media strategy for Wake&Shake was built around authenticity, a solid visual brand, and a sense of community. The goal was to translate the real-life energy of the events into a digital experience that feels spontaneous, warm, and human.

The content plan combined reels and photography with clean, graphic-based design - primarily used for event posters and announcements. Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints was key, from the color palette and typography to the musical tone and overall vibe.

Every post was crafted to convey authenticity, joy, and real human connection — showing genuine moments of dancing, laughter, and togetherness. Rather than presenting a staged image, the strategy aimed to communicate the true atmosphere of the events — where people come to move, smile, and connect.
